Who Can Access Service: Africans and Caribbean’s resident in the U.K. who do not have the means to pay for legal representation.

Description: The project provides legal advice and representation for those seeking protection under international and national Human Rights Asylum Law. We also seek to promote the interests of our clients individually and collectively through Law and public policy.

What we can do for you: We will articulate and represent your case to the Home Office, Housing Department, and DSS or at appeal tribunal interviews. Users’ problems are treated with total sensitivity and confidentiality.

The office of the Immigration Service Commissioner (OISC) regulates our Service, and we are accredited to offer immigration and asylum advice under categories 1,2,4,5.
